The ACA requires the Exchange to consult with certain stakeholders related to carrying out the functions of the Exchange.
§1311 - Requires the Exchange to consult with health care consumers, small business representatives, state Medicaid agencies and advocates about enrolling hard to reach populations.

Public Notice of Stakeholder Meetings
The Nebraska Department of Insurance will be hosting several public stakeholder meetings. These meetings are designed to solicit information from stakeholders and members of the public regarding the issues surrounding Nebraska's available options for the planning and development of a Health Insurance Exchange and will be held in all three congressional districts.
