Refor(u)m
This
bill is part of an effort by Oregon lawmakers to transform the way
services are delivered and financed in the Oregon Health Plan, the
state's Medicaid program. The legislation lays the groundwork for
reforming care for Medicaid and dual-eligible individuals, in part by
establishing enrollment, payment and quality-reporting processes for
coordinated care organizations.
